**Restaurant Management Role**

As a restaurant supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining venue. We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to excel in this challenging position.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage staff effectively to deliver excellent customer service and maximize satisfaction.
  • Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives and implement strategies for growth.
  • Follow established policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality during operations and suggest improvements.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience as a café or restaurant supervisor or manager is highly desirable.
  • Current NSW Liquor Licence is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; bilingual language skills are a plus.

**Additional Skills:**

  • Positive attitude and immaculate presentation.
  • Attention to detail and love of food, dining out.
  • Sushi-making skills are a bonus.
