We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team at the Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley in Regional NSW. If you are tired of the hustle and bustle of city life, but still want to be close enough to visit when you want, we have an amazing opportunity for you.

As a Seamless Service Agent, you will be part of our busy in-house hotel Reservations team. Your day-to-day tasks will include working with depth software knowledge including Property Management System (Opera) and other regularly used systems.
You will also need to communicate effectively with hotel teams to build and maintain key relationships. We are looking for someone with 1+ years' experience in a similar role within customer service.
We require you to hold the legal right to work in Australia, as well as RSA Certification & Full NSW Drivers Licence. You must have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, strong organisational skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to prioritize workload, look smart, wear your uniform with pride, adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards, and flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts are all essential requirements.
