About This Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Care Provider who is committed to delivering exceptional support services in the comfort of our clients' homes.

As part of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, providing personalized care that promotes independence and dignity.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as mobility and transfers, as well as performing general domestic duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will also need to have a minimum Certificate III qualification in Individual Support, Aged Care or Community Services, and preferably 12 months experience working in Home Care sector.

  • Genuine empathy with elderly clients and passion to work within community service industry
