About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and integrate subcontractors, building strong relationships with clients, project teams, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractor operations
  • Implement rigorous safety protocols to ensure workplace compliance
  • Interpret project documentation (drawings, specifications, contracts) to inform decision-making
  • Proactively identify and resolve site issues through effective communication
  • Lead and support the onsite team to achieve project goals
