Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Domestic Assistant to provide cleaning services to clients in their homes or industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, previous experience in cleaning services, and a positive attitude towards engaging with older adults.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional cleaning services to clients in their homes or industrial settings
  • Hold or be prepared to obtain Food Safety Handling certification
  • Hold or be prepared to obtain First Aid/CPR Certification
  • Hold or be prepared to obtain a Police Check
  • Attend training sessions as per industry standards and undertake professional development when required
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated commitment to Person Centered Support principles
  • Understanding of the Aged Care sector or similar industries
  • Effective verbal, written, and computer skills
  • Positive attitude with ability to engage and motivate older adults
  • Professional attitude and commitment to continual learning
  • Able to work autonomously and in a team
  • Right to work in Australia
