Job Description:

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with medical professionals, hospitals, and local health districts. This role involves speaking with doctors daily, providing exceptional customer service, and growing a database of doctors available for locum work.

You will also manage relationships with all hospitals and local health districts, ensuring the medical database is fully updated on an ongoing basis. Additionally, you will identify new opportunities, provide superb customer service, and consistently work to develop your Net Promoter Score (NPS).

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, and are eager to learn. You will receive a structured training and development program, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Speaking with doctors daily and growing a database of doctors available for locum work
  • Managing relationships with all hospitals and local health districts
  • Ensuring the medical database is fully updated on an ongoing basis
  • Identifying new opportunities
  • Providing exceptional customer service and consistently working to develop your NPS
  • Completing references

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also have proven experience working with people and delivering great customer service. A degree-level education or 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred.
