Mobile Lending Manager
About the Role:
As a Mobile Lending Manager, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our business. Our purpose is to create better futures together. You will be backed in the development of your career, internal career prospects, and flexible working.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the best possible experience for our customers by proactively contacting them to set-up appointments and assisting those who walk into the branch.
- Manage multiple customers across various markets and explore creative ways to expand your customer base, including leveraging external referral networks.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a customer-facing organisation, particularly in lending, and will be fully across the home lending process with a solid pipeline of contacts to tap into. They will also have proven experience within sales/business development, solid time management skills, and an ability to multi-task – prioritising is essential.
Personal Qualities:
Solid personal resilience, strong negotiation and persuasion skills, and an ability to build long-lasting, positive relationships are all key requirements for this role. As a people-person, you will always make customers feel confident that they're in good hands – and even then, you will find ways to exceed their expectations.
