HR Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and organized HR intern to support our team in Sydney's CBD. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, candidate engagement, onboarding, and HR administration.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the recruitment team in reviewing and uploading resumes, maintaining the CRM database, and sourcing candidates in the Data Analytics field.
  • Engage with prospective candidates to understand their skills and career goals, and assist in organizing interviews.
  • Prepare onboarding documents and welcome materials to ensure smooth new hire inductions.
  • Maintain employee records, assist in HR reporting, and support internal events to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Learning Opportunities:
  • Gain mentorship from senior team members and exposure to HR processes and recruitment in a dynamic work environment.
  • Potential certifications with modern data stack partners (e.g., Snowflake, DataBricks).
  • Requirements:
  • Final-year student in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Confident, talkative, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Word and Excel (formulas/macros a plus).
  • Tenacious, eager to learn, and adaptable.
  • Internship Details:
  • Duration: 3 months (short-term, with potential for long-term/permanent role).
  • Days & Hours: Tuesday or Wednesday, Thursday (2 days/week).
  • Location: Sydney CBD.
