Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Financial Manager within our organisation.

About the Role
  • This is a Fixed Term Contract position, expected to be in place until April 2026.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial processes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

As a Financial Manager, you will lead a team of accountants and assistant accountants, overseeing the maintenance of financial processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain financial integrity: Oversee month end closing, including Balance sheet and P&L reporting, and provide corporate analysis to stakeholders.
  • Analyse and improve processes: Review finance journals and inputs for accuracy, collecting and analysing data to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively: Work closely with divisional controllers and business analysts to analyse financial information and inform strategic decisions.

You will ensure adherence to group policies and procedures, aligning reporting across the organisation.

Requirements
  • Hold a CA or CPA qualification
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in financial accounting
  • Holding a manufacturing industry background is highly regarded
