Graduate Tax Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graduate to join our team as a Graduate Tax Consultant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in navigating Australia's complex tax landscape.

  • You will be responsible for interpreting legislation, cases, and ATO rulings to provide tailored solutions for clients.
  • Preparing client-ready advice, memos, and emails to ensure compliance and maximise opportunities is also key to your success.
  • Building outcome comparisons and presenting recommendations to support clients' goals is another critical aspect of this role.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be working on assembling evidence and drafting submissions/briefs to support cases in the ART or court. You will also design step plans for restructures, succession, and funding transactions.
