Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Tax Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored solutions to minimize risk, maximize opportunities and ensure compliance in the dynamic tax landscape.
  • Interpret legislation, cases and ATO rulings, draft client-ready advice, memos and emails.
  • Build outcome comparisons (CGT, Div 7A, distributions, roll-overs) and present recommendations.
  • Prepare ruling requests, objections and meeting packs; shape strategy and correspondence for reviews/audits.
  • Assemble evidence, draft submissions/briefs, and support cases in court or tribunals.
  • Design step plans for restructures, succession and funding.
