About the Role

As a holiday sales associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers have a great experience when shopping in our stores.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse range of products and customers, and to contribute to the success of our business during one of the busiest periods of the year.

You will be working closely with other team members to deliver exceptional results, and will have the chance to develop new skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, including pre, during and post-sale assistance
  • Help customers find the products they need, and provide advice and guidance on product features and benefits
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a tidy and organized store environment
Requirements
  • A passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
