WhiteCollarBlue is expanding, and we're looking for a Permanent Recruitment SpecialistBranch Manager to establish and lead a brand-new Permanent Recruitment Operation based in Truganina.

We're launching a New Team - New Branch —and we want an experienced Recruitment leader to make it their own.

  • Launchand lead a new branch from the ground up
  • Run your own permanent desk– billing and building simultaneously
  • Hire, train and leadyour own team of recruiters
  • Set the standard and define the culture from day one
  • Drive strategy, execution, and outcomes across the branch
