Creative Media Strategist

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Performance Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-performing video ads and managing user-generated content (UGC) campaigns across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Create engaging video ad scripts and angles for UGC-style content
- Collaborate with freelancers to source and brief creators and editors
- Review and provide feedback on incoming creator content
- Design static ad assets using Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud
- Upload video and static assets to social media platforms
- Set up new ad sets, descriptions, and creative testing structures
- Monitor creative performance against key metrics (ROAS, CTR, thumbstop, hold rates)
- Report on successful creatives and double down on winning formats
Our ideal candidate has 12+ months of experience managing creative for social media platforms and is proficient in writing performance-driven ad scripts. They should also be familiar with social media advertising tools and be able to operate with autonomy and speed in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points for candidates with experience creating static content in Figma, previous experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer marketing, and a track record of creative wins.
