We are seeking a highly skilled Research Director, who will lead the development, monitoring, evaluation, translation, and promotion of applied research to inform better practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive research programs utilising data and evidence-based approaches
  • Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure successful knowledge translation and achievement of desired outcomes
Essential Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a tertiary degree in research and/or a relevant health field, with experience in research synthesis and data analysis using SPSS and Qualtrics, as well as working within work health and safety and/or workers' compensation fields.

Benefits and Conditions

This role requires character clearance and an employee health declaration. New employees must serve a six-month probationary period. Intra and interstate travel may be required for this position.
