Operational Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic operational assistant to support our production operations. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing equipment and performing various tasks related to warehousing and logistics.

About the Role
  • Manage slitting machines, packing machines, core cutters, and other equipment as required.
  • Pick and prepare stock for machine operations.
  • Process customer orders in a timely fashion and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
  • Arrange and book courier and freight services as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy work environment at all times.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Commit to working full-time hours and be willing to do paid overtime.
  • Speak, read, and write fluent English.
  • Follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Be interested in learning about operational management and have good attention to detail.
  • Have an excellent work ethic.
  • Be punctual and reliable.
  • Be physically strong, as there is some heavy lifting involved when preparing machines.
