We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Warehouse Receptionist to join our team at Trojan Recruitment Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily Service Point operations, and performing general clerical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily Service Point operations, including queue management, drop-off shipment and collection handling, and shipment check.
  • Provide quality customer service to walk-in customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform general clerical support, including data entry, reporting, and communication with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Support ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by superior, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months' experience in a data entry/admin/customer service/receptionist position.
  • Experience in admin or data entry in a freight forwarding company is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication, and telephone handling skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
