About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the Risk Operations Analyst position.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough credit assessments of high-risk sellers, including website analysis, non-delivery risk evaluation, and exposure calculations.
  • Support both Risk Onboarding and Merchant Onboarding operations as business needs evolve.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Strategy teams to optimize merchant processes.
  • Develop frameworks that enable informed risk-taking in new markets and products.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of credit policies and operational structures.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial banking, commercial credit, or the payments industry.
  • A strong understanding of KYC, KYB, and merchant onboarding processes in ANZ.
  • Proficiency in credit assessment and risk operations.
