Design Leadership Opportunity

We seek an accomplished Graphic Design Director to spearhead the delivery of high-calibre visual solutions that align with our brand and business goals.

You will work closely with stakeholders across various divisions, translating ideas into polished, purposeful, and professional visual assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop corporate collateral, including capability statements, charter brochures, case studies, and other business-development materials.
  • Create keynote presentations and decks to support thought leadership initiatives.
  • Support customer experience through designing customer information, wayfinding signage, and related materials.
  • Design digital marketing assets and visual content for social media, website, and internal communications.
  • Support Employer of Choice and Talent Acquisition initiatives by designing employment-related creative assets.
  • Ensure all creative materials align with our approach.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage timelines and delivery of creative materials.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, concepts, and techniques.
  • Experience creating graphics for various uses.
  • Excellent technical skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience using tools like Canva to empower stakeholders to manage asset variation within brand guidelines.
  • A creative flair, passion for design, and strong work ethic.
