About This Role

We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

This role offers a unique opportunity to support individuals in their return to work journey, providing guidance and expertise to help them achieve their full potential.

About the Role
  • As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and creating personalized Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
  • You will work closely with clients, health professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference in people's lives.
  • Visiting workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocating for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments is also part of this role.
The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiotherapy, and be registered with AHPRA or ESSA.

Full working rights and a valid Australian Driving License are also essential requirements for this position.
