Job Description


We're seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team as a Travel Manager. As a key member of our corporate travel division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while overseeing the entire travel process for our corporate clients.


Your primary focus will be on:



  • Planned and managed corporate client itineraries, including air, hotel, car hire, transfers, travel insurance, and visas;
  • Provided outstanding customer service to all clients through proactive communication and issue resolution;
  • Worked closely with our sales team to identify business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients.

Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:



  • A strong background in travel sales or management, preferably within the corporate sector;
  • GDS proficiency, with Sabre being highly regarded;
  • Excellent multitasking skills, ability to juggle priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations;
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment;
  • A high level of attention to detail and excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills;
  • Tertiary education is highly regarded but not essential.
