Estimated Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annumJob Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage critical operational tasks, ensure efficient facilities support, and provide exceptional service to our clients.

  • Manage and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), capturing all preventive and reactive work orders.
  • Act as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers concerning maintenance queries.
  • Allocate and delegate work orders to meet contract requirements and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.
  • Generate reports, primarily in Microsoft Excel, to support various contract needs.
  • Assist with compiling quotes, invoices, essential safety maintenance service reports, and response documentation.
  • Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook, and work order management systems.
  • Support Work Health and Safety (WHS) and permit-to-work processes.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including WHS, security, invoicing, and purchase orders.
  • Aid in budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Respond to reported issues, ensuring quick and efficient resolutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Background in building or facilities management is preferred.
  • Experience in creating detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance (QA), Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S), and environmental systems.
  • An adaptable and proactive approach to changes and problem-solving.
  • Skill in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
