Job Description

As a Culinary Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel's kitchens produce high-quality food products at all times. This includes preparing sauces, soups, and hot dishes for service and special functions, as well as monitoring food quality and quantity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate and attend to guests' needs and desires immediately.
  • Prepare and properly garnish all pantry items, including salads, sandwiches, desserts, and established menu and specialty items.
  • Requisition the appropriate amount of food product in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Complete work responsibilities and assignments in a timely manner.
  • Follow standard recipes in all outlets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Superior recipe knowledge for every item on the hotel's menus.
  • Maintain self-appearance in accordance with the hotel's grooming standards.
  • Maintain harmonious relationships with other members of the service team.
  • Comply with hotel operational policies and procedures.
