About the Role

The Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Coordination Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Leadership team, you will be responsible for fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture and bringing a strong focus to safety and wellbeing within the regional team and across Regional Development Victoria (RDV).

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and overseeing the planning, implementation and delivery of a range of economic development, business and industry activities.
  • Providing advisory, coordination and leadership support to the Office of the Deputy Secretary and Office of the Executive Director, Regions.
  • Leading the development, review and delivery of concise and compelling reports, briefs and submissions.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who has:

  • Proven experience in providing high-level authoritative advice on complex and sensitive issues.
  • Excellent project management capabilities.
  • The capacity to deal with concepts and complexity comfortably.
