About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Pre-Site Coordinator to join our team at Dennis Family Corporation. As a key member of our Pre-Site & Compliance Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive regular, informative, and accurate communication throughout the pre-site phase of their new home build.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication: Manage the client's experience by ensuring they are contacted proactively to provide accurate information and updates relating to the progress of their project.
  • Project Coordination: Proactive management and scheduling of day-to-day communications to customers, Sales Consultants, internal service providers, and suppliers to ensure KPIs and forecast monthly site start budgets are met.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Act as a subject matter expert for nominated key processes involved in the deposit to site start phase to ensure clients are left with the impression that they are dealing with a highly organized, competent, and reliable project coordinator and DFH business.
  • Support and Administration: Provide support on a rotating roster to cover Reception during lunch breaks along with office management support duties.
About You

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment, preferably in the building, property, or related industry.
  • Demonstrated customer service and excellent communication skills.
  • Confidence in problem-solving and the ability to handle difficult conversations.
  • Excellent initiative to manage your own workflow and portfolio of jobs.
  • Strong computer skills, both accurate and timely data entry.
  • Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels in a manner that represents excellent customer service and demonstrates the values of Dennis Family Corporation.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects or tasks utilizing well-developed time management skills.
  • Full unrestricted working rights in Australia.
