Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Paralegal / Contracts Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing commercial leasing contracts, negotiating lease terms, and managing special conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Draft, review, and check commercial leasing contracts to ensure all terms are clear, compliant, and advantageous for our client.
- Negotiation and Special Conditions: Negotiate lease terms and manage special conditions that require careful consideration and integration into lease agreements.
- Lease Redrafting: Redraft leases as necessary to incorporate amendments and ensure all conditions are correctly reflected.
- Detail-Oriented Review: Conduct thorough reviews of complex lease documents to identify and address any discrepancies or issues.
- Follow-Ups: Handle follow-ups and administrative tasks to ensure timely processing and execution of lease agreements.
Requirements
- Legal Experience: Legal experience is highly desirable.
- Contracts Admin / Commercial Leasing Experience: Contracts administration or commercial leasing experience is highly desirable.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Error Identification: The ability to review leasing documents and identify errors is essential.
