We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banking and Finance Paralegal to join our team at Empire Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing advance files, working closely with clients, borrowers, and solicitors, and ensuring the smooth execution of mortgage documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage advance files, including checking executed mortgage documentation and certifying files
- Deal with clients, borrowers, and solicitors to ensure timely and efficient resolution of matters
- Book in settlements with PEXA and perform general file management duties
- Work collaboratively with other paralegals in a team environment
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Banking and Finance Paralegal or Conveyancing Paralegal
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Competitive salary negotiable dependent on experience (between $80,000 - $89,200 including superannuation)
