The Opportunity

We are seeking a senior IT specialist to join our team as a Reach Legal Consultant - Technology. This is a unique opportunity to build your portfolio legal career with a well-known business in the sporting and entertainment sector.

The ideal candidate will have experience with contract reviews requiring substantive negotiations, SaaS, infrastructure agreements, and cloud-based work. They will be a strong generalist who is familiar with IT contracts and have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast-paced team.

The role is full-time and will be based in Brisbane. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years' experience and a current practicing certificate. The right to live and work in Australia is also required.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who is a doer and is confident being on the tools. They will have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business and be a strong team player.

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

  • Contract reviews requiring substantive negotiations
  • SaaS, infrastructure agreements, and cloud-based work
  • IT contracts
  • Generalist IT law
