Migration Journey Leader

Our customer migration program is an exciting opportunity to transform our business and prepare for future growth.

The Mission Control Team plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth transition of customers to our new platform, minimizing risks and preventing concerns throughout the journey.

This position contributes to simplifying our operations and reducing costs, providing opportunities for our people to learn and grow. As a Migration Journey Leader, you will maintain the overall roadmap for Mission Control across the migration program, ensuring that metrics, measures, and reporting are documented, effective, and shared across teams.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the holistic roadmap for Mission Control across the migration program
  • Ensuring that metrics, measures, and reporting are documented, effective, and shared across teams
  • Maintaining and updating metrics and analytics with Hypercare feedback loop

You will ideally bring:

  • Stakeholder management skills: strong ability to influence and build relationships to achieve a common goal
  • Business analysis skills: analyzes information available and makes informed decisions in defining complex business requirements
  • Problem Solving & Delivering Results: draws on multiple data sources and networks to understand the problem, devise innovative technical & non-technical solutions, and deliver results considering effective risk management processes and strategies
  • Operational Risk: strong understanding of operational and product risk and ability to identify and manage risks
  • Change Management: ability to effectively implement a solution utilizing tools and techniques available across multiple stakeholders and businesses
  • Solution Design: critically think through and recommend strong technical and non-technical solutions
