Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of Assistant Bar Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the operation of the bar, working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and profit contribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in delivering exceptional service and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer experience.
  • Take ownership of problem-solving initiatives, ensuring both the Guest's and Hotel/Departments interests are met.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

A thorough understanding of classic cocktails and bar operations.The ability to be creative on the menu.A passion to build, lead and mentor a team that is second to none.A minimum of 2-3 years leadership experience in a five-star hotel or high-end cocktail bar.Excellent time management, managerial and organisational skills.Full working rights in Australia and NSW RSA.
