About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Higher Education Advocacy Lead to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our International Higher Education department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and achieving strategic objectives.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Pearson Campus Ambassador (PCA) and Faculty Advisor Programs, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with local market needs and company goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of Campus Ambassadors and Faculty Advisors.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required;
  • 3+ years of experience in program coordination, marketing, or customer success, preferably in the education sector;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams across multiple locations;
  • Familiarity with digital tools, including Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
