About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Event Hosting Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure.

The Event Hosting Coordinator will be responsible for representing our company in dealing with external clients, contractors, and staff over the phone and at the front reception and uniform area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer general inquiries related to events, event ticketing, and company information
  • Welcome guests and clients, direct them to appointments, and ensure sign-in is made in the visitor system
  • Manage lost property from the cloakroom, maintain and restock the Red Room, and ensure the area is organized and presentable
  • Ensure the uniform store is clean, uniforms are hung, and team members follow uniform procedures

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software
