Service Delivery Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Delivery Professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will have the ability to implement plans and processes within operations to grow and deliver services. This includes managing end-to-end intake of applicants and participants, rostering support workers, developing strategies for participant recruitment and retention, and supporting choice and control across prospective and current participants.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing end-to-end intake of NDIS applicants and participants
  • Rostering appropriate support workers to meet individual participant needs
  • Developing and implementing strategies for participant recruitment and retention
  • Supporting choice and control across prospective and current participants
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Sound experience, knowledge and/or training relevant to the position in disability or an allied health/welfare/education field
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience equivalent to or greater than the Care Management Skillset
  • Ability to assess, identify, coordinate and manage care services
  • High-level administration skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
