Volunteer Engagement Coordinator Job

This is a part-time, permanent opportunity to coordinate recruitment and onboarding of volunteers.

  • Coordinate the entire volunteer engagement process, including advertising, interviewing, screening, and training.
  • Maintain regular communication with volunteers through check-ins and ongoing engagement.
  • Deliver high-quality inductions and training sessions to new volunteers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective engagement and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and onboard volunteers for various projects and events.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase volunteer engagement and retention.
  • Provide excellent customer service to volunteers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Highly organized and skilled at recruitment and onboarding.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and volunteers.
