Pursue a challenging opportunity as a Pricing and Performance Manager where you will develop multi-year strategic pricing plans that help achieve financial targets.

  • You will provide recommendations and analysis on short-term tactical Product and Pricing initiatives to support immediate business needs.
  • Mentor Analysts/Senior Analysts and drive high-performance culture
  • Work closely with the Product team to identify opportunities and risks associated with mid-long-term product initiatives, and proactively develop optimization or mitigation strategies
  • Develop simple yet detailed commercial models to understand likely business impacts associated with initiatives including customer impacts and financial impacts
  • Manipulate and analyze complex data from various sources using various tools and techniques
  • Create ELT and Board level quality pricing strategy and commercial performance presentations
  • Collaborate with Analytics, Product and Sales teams to understand our customers' businesses, consumers' needs and the marketplace; and use this knowledge in developing price points, pricing strategy and supporting go-to-market
  • Work closely with the Commercial Finance team to understand financial impacts and trends, and impacts of pricing analysis on performance
  • Maintain a working knowledge of other business products and pricing architecture to effectively identify and consider impacts of initiatives across the group
  • Coach and build commercial acumen within the business, increasing effectiveness of pricing and product initiatives through clear and simple articulation of price mechanics
  • Identify and keep abreast of digital product and pricing trends, identify implications and opportunities for REA
  • Build strong relationships across the business including Economics Team, journalists, data science and marketing team
Key Qualifications
  • Strong commercial experience in a product/pricing role
  • Strong skills in Excel and SQL
  • Experience in digital performance and listings models
  • 7+ years relevant industry experience
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering commercial business outcomes
  • First-class communication - written, verbal and presenting skills
  • Confident in both formal and informal settings with ability to relate to individuals at all levels
  • Someone who is proactive, curious, a relationship builder and has strong influencing skills
  • Cross-functional understanding and ability to collaborate in a complex, fast-paced business
