About the Role:

As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of specialists in providing expert employment tax advice and compliance support to clients across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Inspire: Guide junior staff while managing large projects and serving as the key client contact.
  • Deliver Employment Tax Expertise: Advise clients on Payroll Tax, PAYG Withholding, Superannuation Guarantee, FBT, Termination Payments, and Salary Packaging.
  • Drive Innovation and Engagement: Use technology to support compliance and generate insights, liaise with clients and regulatory bodies, and deliver impactful training seminars.

Our team works as a well-integrated national team, with leading specialists based across each State of Australia. This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, or Sydney. Roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.

Requirements:
  • Extensive Employment Tax Experience: Over 5 years of delivering employment tax compliance and consulting services to large organizations.
  • Technical and Analytical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, alongside proven data analytics capabilities.
