Job Opportunity: Innovator in Food and Beverage Development

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Innovator in Food and Beverage Development. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth in the food and beverage sector.

This exciting opportunity lies within our nationally funded initiative, the Food and Beverage Accelerator (FaBA). You will work closely with industry partners to develop innovative products, drive research translation, and contribute to the growth of Australia's food and beverage sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of novel food and beverage products through formulation and pilot-scale production.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to design experiments, conduct testing, and evaluate sensory properties.
  • Apply technical expertise in food processing, regulatory compliance, and product evaluation to ensure safe and high-quality outcomes.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot scientific equipment to ensure efficient lab operations.
  • Contribute to research documentation, literature reviews, and routine team administration.
