- **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**_

This is a paid subcontract position, and you will be required to complete the following duties on a day-to-day basis but are not limited to the following:

- facilitating positive health outcomes to onsite clients at the clinic site
- liaise with other Allied healthcare professionals to achieve client goals
- providing accurate and timely reporting to ensure proper documentation
- create treatment/exercise programs to achieve the client goals and needs
- **REQUIREMENTS**_
- Bachelor of Science (Exercise Physiology)
- new grads welcome to apply
- current Exercise and Sports Science Australia accreditation
- strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- highly developed written and oral communication
- willing to work with NDIS and Aged Care clients on and off site
- comfortability working autonomously
- current Australian Drivers Licence

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $53,860.25 - $104,895.38 per year
