
Pain Management Care Leader

Nurse Unit Managers are sought to lead high-quality patient-centred care in our specialised pain management service.
Clinical expertise and leadership skills are essential for coordinating clinic and procedural activities, working closely with the medical head of unit to ensure smooth operations and optimal outcomes.
They will be responsible for managing nursing staff, fostering effective multidisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring care is delivered to the highest professional standards.
Responsibility extends to both nursing and multidisciplinary outcomes, addressing any gaps between practice and policy to drive continuous improvement.
Leading team performance, nurturing a supportive and positive workplace culture, and contributing to the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care are key aspects of this role.

- Registered Nurse with current practising certificate and 5+ years' relevant experience
- Skilled leader with strengths in communication, problem solving and change management
- Able to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a positive, growth-focused workplace culture
- Knowledgeable in relevant legislation, standards, and contemporary nursing practices
