About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our Workplace Resources team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our facilities management function, encompassing facilities management, leasing, project management, and contract management.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the WPR department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality facilities management services to our employees and stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of contractors, ensuring minimal disruption to core activities.
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Safety and Security teams to support Environmental, Health, and Safety programs.
  • Engage in domestic and international travel approximately three times a year to support business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent practical experience or equivalent military experience required.
  • Proven track record of managing Corporate Real Estate, Property and Facilities Management.
  • Proficiency in project management, encompassing hard and soft services as well as construction projects.
  • Affiliations to Corenet/ RICS/ IFMA.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Profound industry knowledge and network with the ability to engage in strategic discussions.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance client demands and coordinate with other WPR functions and support departments.
  • Experience in leasing activities such as renting new space, lease renewals, and renegotiations.
  • Ability to create and manage operational budgets and calculate and compare costs for required goods and services.
