Event Execution Manager

We are seeking an Event Execution Manager to join our team. This is a key role in delivering exceptional events and managing a team of food and beverage staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless event execution, from setup to completion.
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals, promoting personal growth and development.
  • Brief staff before events to ensure everyone knows their roles and responsibilities.
  • Delegate tasks fairly and evaluate staff performance.
  • Collaborate with senior management, kitchen staff, and events teams.
  • Enforce health, safety, and security protocols at all times.
  • Regularly report on team performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Australian Open Drivers Licence is essential for this role.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role at high-end dining restaurants, hotels, functions, or events.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate is required.
  • Passion for great food, wine, and beer is a must.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner.
  • Prior food hygiene training and/or accreditation is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to deal with clients and staff across all levels and demographics.
  • Proven leadership qualities and ability to delegate tasks effectively.
  • Managing a team across various tasks and spaces requires excellent organizational skills.
  • Immaculate personal presentation is essential for this role.
