Senior Digital Marketing Professional

This role is for a hands-on, end-to-end professional to lead our digital marketing efforts.
You will be responsible for managing our CRM system, executing targeted campaigns across email, LinkedIn (organic), and paid channels, developing automation workflows to streamline engagement, partnering with sales to target high-value leads, tracking performance using CRM data and Google Analytics, providing actionable insights, collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will have autonomy to create, test, and refine your approach without being siloed. You will work closely with other internal teams to drive business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in CRM management, strong digital marketing skills across email, social, and paid channels, a data-driven mindset with experience tracking and translating insights into action, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
