Leadership Opportunity

As the Head of Fund Accounting, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team through strong leadership, training, and development. You will proactively manage the delivery of all fund accounting services to service level agreements, ensuring seamless onboarding processes for new clients and efficient transition management for all client accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through strong leadership, training, and development.
  • Proactively manage the delivery of all fund accounting services to service level agreements.
  • E nsure smooth onboarding and transition processes for clients.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, system implementations, and upgrades.
  • Oversight daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables for the team.
  • Implement best practice methodologies.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Outstanding client services and project management abilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • CA/CPA qualifications required.
