Lead and Grow as a Store Manager

This is a career-defining opportunity for high-potential candidates who want to progress rapidly into a Store Manager position.

Through hands-on practical learning, you'll experience store placements, shadowing opportunities, self-paced and facilitator-led training, mentoring, and coaching.

On successful completion of the program, you'll be fully prepared for appointment as a Store Manager leading one of our supermarkets.

In this highly autonomous role, you'll have significant financial accountability and the opportunity to stretch your leadership capability as you manage upwards of 100+ employees.

You'll also receive post-program support and the opportunity for further progression throughout the organization.

About You

Successful leaders will possess commercial acumen, a passion for developing others, and the drive to make a real difference in their local community.

While experience working in a retail environment is preferred, success in the role requires being highly perceptive, resourceful, and innovative, with the ability to delegate to team leaders to deliver key business outcomes.

Experience in full accountability for a P&L and leading large, high-performing teams are essential expectations of this role.
