As part of our Livestock Career Development Program, you will be involved in four leadership and skill-building workshops, receive on-the-job training, and have mentors assigned to provide ongoing support. You will work in both saleyard and branch environments, learning effective selling and relationship-building techniques from experienced livestock employees and leaders.

  • Livestock Skills: Acquire next-generation stock and station agency skills, livestock productivity, animal health and nutrition, auctioneering, wool technical and market requirements, and emerging technology.">

  • Successful Completion of Year 12: A minimum of 24 months of experience in the agricultural industry, preferably in livestock.">
  • Willingness to Relocate: Be prepared to relocate at the conclusion or throughout the program.">
  • Australian or New Zealand Citizenship: Or Australian permanent residency – please note that temporary visa holders are not eligible for this program.">
  • Vaccination Status: Willingness to receive the Q Fever vaccination.">
  • Teamwork and Leadership Potential: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate leadership potential.">
  • Genuine Interest in Livestock: A genuine passion for the livestock industry and a desire to contribute to its growth and development.">
