About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Geologist to join our team in western Tasmania. As a key member of our Resource Department, you will be responsible for supervising the Production Geology function, including grade control, production reporting, and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement geological data management standards to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Conduct stope reviews and reconciliation as needed, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Resource Development and Planning to improve existing systems and processes.
  • Promote a strong safety culture within the Production Geology team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Geology.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Suite and Deswik C-Class.
  • A current C-Class Drivers Licence.
