- Support process owners in identifying control gaps and uplifting controls to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
- Embed and maintain risk and control documentation within process maps.
- Ensure process controls remain current and well-integrated into business as usual operations.
- Upskill and coach process owners to own and manage risks and controls.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and become a valued advisor on operational risk.
- Manage and deliver multiple risk and control uplift initiatives concurrently.
- Contribute to broader risk and compliance reporting.
