As a Senior Manager in Assurance and Oversight, you will leverage your expertise to drive positive change, shape our future, and foster a culture of excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing structured assurance plans, identifying areas for improvement, and driving process enhancements.
- Providing expert advice on non-financial risk matters, leveraging technical knowledge and experience to inform business decisions.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including divisions, business units, and management committees, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven assurance experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality results and driving business growth.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in non-financial risk disciplines, including operational risk, compliance, and IT/data risk.
- Excellent project management and change management skills, with the ability to navigate complex projects and drive meaningful outcomes.
