We are seeking an experienced Lease Administrator to join our Leasing & Property team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lease documentation process, ensuring accurate and timely execution of leases.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong attention to detail and analytical skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Key responsibilities include announcing new stores and relocations, setting up new stores on the Lease Eagle database, and monitoring and tracking leases to completion.
- Maintain all Property Databases, including Lease Eagle and spreadsheets, in line with commercial agreements and schedules.
- Run Handover reports and review them weekly with the Store Development Team.
- Update data changes upon approval from Landlords.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
