As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in planning, implementing, and evaluating a range of services to promote health and wellbeing.
You'll utilise your clinical experience and knowledge to empower individuals to take charge of their health journeys, working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
The focus is on preventative care and early intervention, helping to drive positive outcomes for clients.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to the professional development of allied health assistants and students.
Expertise in clinical protocols and standards will ensure high-quality care is consistently delivered.
Essential Criteria- Relevant Social Work degree and eligibility for relevant Professional Association membership.
- Current registration in regulated professions.
- Ability to manage a diverse and complex caseload with a focus on community health.
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
