Comprehensive Community Support Role

Essential Criteria
  • Relevant Social Work degree and eligibility for relevant Professional Association membership.
  • Current registration in regulated professions.
  • Ability to manage a diverse and complex caseload with a focus on community health.
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
